Clergy Abuse Within the Archdiocese of Santa Fe
In late November 2018, due to an increasing number of lawsuits from survivors of clergy sexual abuse, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
We are working with local New Mexico counsel Keeler & Keeler to bring justice for those who have been abused by clergy within the Santa Fe Archdiocese by filing claims on their behalf in the bankruptcy. Having successfully represented many hundreds of survivors of sexual abuse in similar bankruptcies filed by Catholic dioceses and religious orders, we are using our experience to negotiate a just and fair resolution for our clients. If you have any information regarding the sexual abuse of minors within the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, please contact us. Any information you can provide is helpful in bringing justice for our clients.
